Introduction: Huiyin Audio improved its product testing system on February 24, 2025, and equipped professional quality inspectors to conduct product testing before shipment. The specific inspection items are as follows:

I. Aging test

Standard:

·High temperature aging reference IEC 60068-2-1, wet heat aging reference IEC 60068-2-30;

·Test parameters are set according to device type and usage scenario (such as input voltage, temperature and humidity range)

Purpose:

·Verify long-term performance stability and predict product life attenuation law;

·Expose potential defects (such as circuit short circuit, material deformation) and optimize design

 

II. Drop test

Standard:

·IEC 60068-2-31 (free drop test), the drop height is graded according to the product weight (such as 30.48cm~76.2cm)

Purpose:

·Simulate transportation or accidental drop scenarios to detect shell structural damage and internal component loosening risks;

·Ensure the functional integrity of the product under extreme impact

 

III. High and low temperature test

Standard:

·Operating temperature range -30°C~+80°C, storage temperature -40°C~+85°C (refer to IEC 60068 series)

Purpose:

·Evaluate the tolerance of materials under extreme temperatures (such as plastic embrittlement, electronic component failure);

·Verify the performance stability during sudden temperature changes (such as the impact of condensation on circuits)

 

IV. Salt spray test

Standard:

·Neutral salt spray (NSS), acetic acid salt spray (AASS), etc., the corrosion level is determined by area or time

Purpose:

·Detect the corrosion resistance of metal parts and surface coatings;

·Prevent oxidation or functional failure caused by humid and salty environments

 

V. Tensile test & Cable fatigue test

Standard:

·Interface plug-in test refers to IEC 60512, cable bending test follows industry specifications

Purpose:

·Ensure the mechanical strength of the interface (e.g. no damage after 5000 plug-ins);

·Verify the conductive properties of the cable after repeated bending (e.g. resistance change ≤10%)
